Eligibility Requirements:

Entries must be INSTALLED product or technology solutions that have been deployed in the 12 months before the August 29, 2025, deadline.

NOTE: This program is for product manufacturers to showcase specific product applications or use cases — not only the products themselves.

To submit your entry you will need:

Case Study-Like Project Profile That Includes:

Product info (name, MSRP, ship date)

Description of the integrator’s, consultant’s and/or end user’s goals for this project, including specifications or design parameters (400 words or fewer)

Description of your product and how your product successfully addressed the project's goals (400 words or fewer)

A minimum of 3 high-resolution images

Deadline for Entries:

Early-Bird Deadline: July 17, 2025
Regular Deadline: August 21, 2025

Winners Announced:

We will highlight the winners on the Security Sales & Integration website in September 2025, shortly before GSX. Winning application profiles will be published in the Nov/Dec print issue.

The awards are judged by a panel of security integrators, consultants and analysts.

Note: Solutions involving multiple products or technologies may be cross-entered into more than one applicable category. SSI reserves the right to re-categorize entries as it deems appropriate.
